Terms of Service

1. The service

HankySpanky is an online community and dating service for adults with an interest in kink and fetish, operated by [company name], Sweden.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You must give truthful information when you register.

3. Your account

Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account. You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Memberships and limits

Basic membership is free. What a free account includes depends on the gender you register as:

• Members registered as women: unlimited photos and videos, unlimited messages.
• All other members: up to 5 photos (no video) and 5 messages per day.

VIP membership, for any member, gives unlimited photos, videos and messages and lets you promote yourself in the spotlight once per day. VIP costs 9 EUR per month or 99 EUR per year, renews automatically, and can be cancelled at any time in your account settings; it then remains active until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Right of withdrawal. As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from a VIP purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason, by cancelling in your account settings and emailing us. When you buy VIP, you ask us to start it straight away. If you then withdraw within the 14 days, we refund what you paid minus the share for the days VIP was active (Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, chapter 2, section 15).

5. Your content

You own what you upload. You give us a licence to store and show it on HankySpanky to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to upload it and that everyone shown is an adult who consented.

6. Moderation

Anyone can report a profile, photo, video, chat, diary post or forum post. Our moderators, who are people and not an automated system, review reports and may remove content, warn members, or disable or ban accounts that break these terms or the law. When we act on your content or account, we send you a statement of reasons explaining what we decided, on which ground, and why, unless the law prevents it. You can ask for the decision to be reviewed by replying to that message within 6 months; a different moderator will look at it. People who report are told whether action was taken.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. We are not responsible for what other members say or do, but we act on reports. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Swedish law.

8. Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts. Consumers may also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
