Acceptable Use Policy

HankySpanky (hankyspanky.app) is a community for consenting adults who share an interest in kink and fetish. This policy explains what is and is not allowed. By using the site you agree to follow it. Breaking it can lead to removal of content, suspension, or a permanent ban.

1. Who may use HankySpanky

  • You must be at least 18 years old. We remove anyone we believe is under 18 and report it where the law requires.
  • You may have only one account, and it must be your own. Do not sell, share or transfer accounts.
  • Accounts that were banned may not be re-created.

2. Consent comes first

  • Everything on HankySpanky is based on enthusiastic, ongoing consent. "No", "stop" and silence mean no.
  • Do not keep contacting someone who has ignored, declined or blocked you.
  • Do not pressure anyone to share photos, personal details or to meet.

3. Content you may never post or send

  • Any sexual or sexualised content involving, or appearing to involve, anyone under 18. This is reported to the police immediately.
  • Content showing or promoting non-consensual acts, including real or claimed rape, sexual assault, or intoxicated/unconscious persons.
  • Images or video of another person without their consent, including intimate images shared without consent ("revenge porn") and hidden-camera material.
  • Bestiality, necrophilia, or content depicting serious real injury or death.
  • Content involving incest between real family members.
  • Threats, harassment, doxxing (sharing someone's personal data), stalking or extortion.
  • Hate speech or incitement against people based on ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or similar.
  • Content that promotes self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.
  • Anything else illegal under Swedish or EU law.

4. Honest profiles

  • Your photos must show you. Do not impersonate others or use stolen images.
  • Profile information (age, gender, location and so on) must be truthful.
  • Do not post other people's contact details or identifying information.

5. No commercial activity or spam

  • No selling sex, escort services, paid content, or advertising for other sites or services.
  • No spam, chain messages, scams, phishing, or attempts to move users to other platforms for commercial reasons.
  • No automated accounts, scraping, or bots.

6. Respect the platform

  • Do not try to get around blocks, limits, bans or the captcha.
  • Do not try to access accounts or data that are not yours, or disrupt the service.
  • Do not upload malware.

7. Forums and subforums

  • Subforum moderators must enforce this policy in their subforum and may add stricter rules, but never looser ones.
  • HankySpanky administrators can override, edit, close or remove any subforum.

8. Reporting

Use the Report button on any profile, photo, message, diary post or forum post. Reports are reviewed by our moderators. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the police on 112.

9. What happens if you break the rules

Depending on how serious it is, we may:

  • remove the content,
  • give a warning,
  • limit features or suspend the account temporarily,
  • permanently ban the account (the email address can never be used again and new registrations from the same IP address are blocked for 7 days),
  • preserve evidence and report to the police.

We will tell you which rule was broken and why we acted, unless doing so would break the law or hinder an investigation. You can appeal a decision by replying to the notice within 14 days.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.
